Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, or enterprise software sales engineering.
  • Experience working with, selling through, or enabling global system integrators, ideally Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, or similar consulting partners.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and demonstration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to partner, executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities across multiple countries or regions.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives, architects, programme leads, contact centre operations teams, and frontline users.
  • Experience building demo storyboards, solution narratives, proof-of-concept plans, and partner-ready enablement assets.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand customer requirements, identify risks, and shape practical solution options.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable balancing multiple strategic opportunities and partner priorities.
  • Commercially aware and outcome-led, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and customer transformation goals.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed internal and partner organisations.
  • Valuable additional experience includes contact centre, CCaaS, CX, workforce engagement, CRM, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, agentic AI, NLU/NLP, related software technologies, and UI/UX considerations.
  • Experience presenting AI, automation, and digital CX technologies to business and technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and hyperscaler ecosystems, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting partner-led bids, managed service propositions, transformation programmes, or co-sell motions.
  • Awareness of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, security, and compliance in large customer environments.
  • Vertical market experience in banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, travel, the public sector, or other enterprise sectors.
  • Ability to create reusable enablement materials, solution blueprints, and adoption playbooks for partner communities.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption of our portfolio with Capgemini, Accenture, and Deloitte across UKI and Europe.
  • Support in-flight GSI opportunities through functional and technical discovery, solution design input, demonstrations, validation sessions, and proof-of-concept planning.
  • Work closely with GSI sales, presales, architecture, and delivery teams to help them understand, position, and apply our solutions in customer transformation programmes.
  • Build repeatable solution plays, demo storyboards, and technical narratives that GSIs can use to engage customers and progress pipeline.
  • Translate customer business challenges into clear solution architectures, value messages, and adoption pathways.
  • Educate and influence partner and customer stakeholders on how our solutions address contact centre, CX, AI, automation, workforce engagement, and digital transformation needs.
  • Support the technical aspects of partner-led opportunities and ensure our solutions are positioned effectively throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist with defining, scoping, and executing proof of concepts and technical validations where appropriate.
  • Support functional and technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and partner-led bid submissions.
  • Provide structured feedback from GSI engagements to our Product, Partner Sales, Alliances, and Enablement teams to improve adoption, differentiation, and repeatability.
  • Contribute to a team-selling approach with Partner Sales, Account Executives, Overlay teams, and regional leadership.
  • Identify technical blockers, enablement gaps, and adoption risks in the GSI partner ecosystem, and develop practical plans to address them.
  • Help GSI teams become more confident in positioning our solutions, accelerate active opportunities by addressing technical questions and validation needs early, and support adoption of repeatable solution plays across UKI and Europe.
