Software Engineer Python Django SQL FinTech

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a BSc degree in a STEM discipline from a top tier university.
• We require strong Python coding skills, including Django experience.
• We require a good understanding of APIs.
• We require comfort using agentic AI tools, such as Claude.
• We require a collaborative approach with advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We develop internal platforms and applications using Python, Django, and SQL.
• We work directly with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and solve complex problems.
• We translate business processes into scalable, effective technology solutions.
• We work across multiple teams and projects, providing technical solutions to a diverse range of challenges.
• We continuously improve internal systems, processes, and data-driven capabilities.
• We take ownership of projects from understanding the problem through to delivering the solution.

This is a business-facing Software Engineer role where we work across multiple teams and projects to make a tangible difference. The position is based full time in our London office, Monday to Friday, and the role offers a salary of up to £80k plus bonus, impactful work, and excellent career progression.
