Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies
• Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work within Azure-native environments, leveraging cloud-first architecture principles
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps and QA teams in Agile delivery squads
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet NHS security, governance and compliance standards
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

We are supporting a major NHS digital transformation programme via a delivery partner and are looking for experienced Full Stack .NET Developers. This is a contract role based in Leeds/London with 2 days per month onsite, offering a rate of £500 per day, outside IR35, starting ASAP for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension. We are working on the development and enhancement of critical healthcare applications, helping deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions that directly support NHS services and patient outcomes.
