ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Salary: £87,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4+ years delivering ServiceNow projects
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc)
• Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ideally experience working in a Consultancy / Partner environment

Responsibilities:

• Leading client engagements
• Driving successful ServiceNow implementations and elements of customer success
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
• Ensuring ServiceNow programs deliver on time and within budget through the full life-cycle
