Salary: £31,500 - 59,500 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• We require strong technical expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, REST and SOAP integrations, MID Server configuration and CSDM.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM Visibility, ITOM Health, ITOM Cloud Management, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, App Engine, AppDynamics integrations, Cloud Discovery, Kubernetes or container discovery, SCCM integrations and LDAP integrations is highly desirable.
• We require strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• We require proven experience delivering enterprise-scale CMDB and ITOM implementations.
• We require experience implementing Discovery and Service Mapping across complex environments.
• We require strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• We require excellent understanding of infrastructure technologies including Windows, Linux, networking, virtualisation and cloud platforms.
• We require experience integrating monitoring tools into Event Management.
• We require the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We require excellent organisational and time management skills.
• We require comfort working independently while collaborating within distributed project teams.
• We require a customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping or Event Management, and ITIL Foundation Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand business requirements and translate user stories into scalable technical solutions.
• We design, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• We build and maintain Discovery schedules, MID Server configurations and Discovery patterns.
• We configure and maintain an accurate and healthy CMDB, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance with CSDM principles.
• We design and implement Service Mapping to provide end-to-end visibility of critical business services and application dependencies.
• We configure Event Management, including event rules, alert correlation, connector integrations and operational dashboards.
• We develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes and integrations where required.
• We integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring, cloud and infrastructure platforms using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• We support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases and enhancements in line with platform best practices.
• We perform technical testing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• We produce clear technical documentation, solution designs and knowledge articles.
• We collaborate with developers, consultants, architects and customer stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
• We identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through the ServiceNow platform.
• We mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge across the wider practice where appropriate.
• We stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, certifications and emerging technologies.
