ServiceNow Designer (Telecoms)

Requirements:

• Strong Telecoms industry experience
• Experience with ServiceNow design, development, implementation, configuration, administration, and support
• Experience with ServiceNow toolset components including ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow Glide Objects including GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, and GlideAjax
• System integration experience using Web Services and web-based technologies including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, and SOAP
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ITIL Service Management certification is advantageous, ideally ITIL v3

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, modify, and implement ServiceNow toolset components
• Implement ServiceNow modules and support the core ServiceNow platform
• Work on ServiceNow platform design, development, implementation, and new releases
• Handle Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management
• Deliver ServiceNow enhancement requests, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, and workflows

More:

We are a global IT consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a ServiceNow solutions project. This is a 6-month contract based in London with hybrid working, including 3 days per week remote and 2 days per week in the office. The contract is outside IR35, with a day rate of £450, and the start date is ASAP in July/August 2026.
