Requirements:

• Active SC clearance
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across the platform and its capabilities
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, including data modelling and implementation approaches
• Ability to design solutions for complex enterprise environments
• Experience defining technical standards and producing solution documentation
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication with technical and business audiences
• Public sector or complex enterprise experience is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions
• Define architectural standards and principles aligned with business and technology needs
• Apply CSDM principles by designing data structures and guiding implementation
• Produce solution design documentation and provide technical direction to delivery teams
• Ensure the ServiceNow platform is scalable, secure and sustainable
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems or third-party applications
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment across delivery
• Help set direction, unblock teams and deliver future-ready platforms

This is a hands-on architecture role focused on balancing business outcomes, technical standards and long-term scalability. The contract is six months, remote, at £700–£750 inside IR35.
