Service Transformation Lead

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Relationship Management, Digital Transformation, or Portfolio Management
• Experience delivering complex business and technology change
• Experience in Childrens Services, Education, SEND, or Social Care
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Childrens Services and Education leaders to understand priorities and challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve services through digital innovation
• Develop business cases, digital roadmaps, and transformation plans
• Lead technology-enabled change from concept to successful delivery
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives, balancing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations

We are offering an initial 6 month contract for a Service Transformation Lead within Childrens Services and Education. This Inside IR35 role places us at the centre of strategic digital transformation, acting as the key link between IT, Childrens Services, and Education. We are looking for someone who can build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and help shape technology solutions that support critical frontline services and improve outcomes for children and families.
