Senior Technical Business Analyst

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a BA role.
• Business Analyst experience working with Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR domain and processes.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think outside of the box.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Workday environment.
• Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll certification.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful delivery of custom applications for Workday customers.
• Run multiple small projects and work with a range of global clients.
• Ensure the team understands business needs and facilitate the analysis and design of cost-effective solutions.
• Guide, develop, and educate others within our Workday practice on Workday Extend.
• Articulate problems and proposed solutions in ways understood by both technical and business stakeholders.
• Work with others to build features and technical components of a product or service.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate and participate in workshops and discussions to understand business problems and user needs.
• Analyse data to make recommendations and inform decisions.
• Establish strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and support business value delivery.
• Advocate Agile practices and promote the concept of a minimum viable product.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria in a concise, development-ready manner.
• Prepare UX wireframes to help customers understand the proposed business solution.
