Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own revenue-critical systems from problem definition through architectural design, deployment, and production reliability.
• Make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information by identifying risks, building prototypes, and iterating from real-world feedback.
• Translate complex technical constraints into business terms for Product Managers so we can make the right trade-offs and ship value faster.
• Choose technologies that solve customer problems effectively and support long-term maintainability.
• Build across our stack as needed, including core product, platform, voice, and enterprise areas.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for boilerplate code, test generation, debugging, and other repetitive tasks.
