• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB
• Advanced JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes skills
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and MID Server
• Strong enterprise integration and workflow automation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
