Senior Product Designer

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with experience shaping end-to-end product experiences for new ventures.
• We need someone comfortable working at the early, messy front end of innovation, with a strong focus on learning quickly and validating ideas.
• We are looking for a hands-on designer who can move between low-fidelity exploration and polished, build-ready design.
• We need someone with strong product and interaction design skills, with the ability to contribute to visual identity, UI quality, and motion design.
• We are looking for someone who can collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams.
• We need someone who can balance user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial constraints.
• We are looking for someone who can work pragmatically within complex regulatory and technical environments, particularly in healthcare and financial services.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you shape end-to-end product experiences for new ventures from early discovery through to launch and beyond.
• You will lead design for validation efforts that prove or disprove new business opportunities.
• You will work embedded in small product squads alongside product, engineering, and research.
• You will move quickly between low-fidelity exploration and polished, build-ready designs.
• You will focus on identifying what needs to be learned next and use design to support rapid learning.
• You will contribute to product design, interaction design, visual identity, UI quality, and motion design as ventures develop.
• You will create elegant, pragmatic solutions that work within regulatory and technical constraints.
