Security Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

• Experience in physical, personnel, information or security risk management is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop individuals and high-performing teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate security risks across diverse programmes and operations.
• Develop and maintain security management arrangements, policies, standards and requirements.
• Provide expert security advice to stakeholders across the business.
• Influence decision-making through clear communication and evidence-based recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of best practice.
• Support the delivery of security assurance and performance measurement activities.
• Build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Take ownership of outcomes and lead others to achieve high standards of performance.
• Line management responsibilities may form part of the role.
