Security Manager
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

- Experience in physical, personnel, information or security risk management is advantageous.
- Lead and develop individuals and high-performing teams.
- Identify, assess and mitigate security risks across diverse programmes and operations.
- Develop and maintain security management arrangements, policies, standards and requirements.
- Provide expert security advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Influence decision-making through clear communication and evidence-based recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of best practice.
- Support the delivery of security assurance and performance measurement activities.
- Build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Take ownership of outcomes and lead others to achieve high standards of performance.
