SAP Functional Support Consultant - PP/QM

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
• Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP PP and SAP QM
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor operations, and quality management processes
• Proven experience in an AMS, ADM, or application support environment
• Broad knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and SAP PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd/3rd line functional support across S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules
• Investigate shopfloor issues and support manufacturing execution, MRP, and production orders
• Oversee defect management and notifications
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements
• Work closely with end users to minimise operational disruption
• Collaborate with broader SAP teams to ensure clean integration across Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements
