Salesforce and GTM Systems Architect

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least four years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrable commercial impact, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or equivalent proven experience.
• Expert knowledge of Flow Builder and strong skills in validation rules, approval and assignment processes, custom objects and fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Confidence working with core Sales Cloud objects, including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Cases.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional builds from scoping through implementation, including building and maintaining integrations.
• Strong data management skills, including importing, exporting, deduplicating, establishing governance frameworks, and building pipeline, conversion, and forecasting reports.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to prioritize by impact, work toward business outcomes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data.

Responsibilities:

• Own our Salesforce platform day to day and lead its development as we grow, including configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows and screen flows, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations, to address significant commercial challenges.
• Configure and adapt Salesforce and our wider go-to-market systems to support the ways our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams work.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through implementation.
• Follow development lifecycle best practices and regularly release changes from sandbox to production.
