Quantexa Data Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require previous experience in a similar data engineering role with proven hands-on experience designing and implementing Quantexa solutions for clients.
• We require Quantexa Technical Certification.
• We require additional technical experience in Scala, Python, and Databricks.
• For more senior roles, we require previous experience leading client data engineering or integration projects.
• We require candidates to hold or be eligible for SC clearance.
• We cannot offer sponsorship for these roles.

Responsibilities:

• We lead or contribute to the technical development of Quantexa-based solutions.
• We develop and optimise data ingestion pipelines and transformations within the Quantexa platform using Spark and Scala.
• We configure and implement Quantexa components such as Entity Resolution, Scoring, and Network Generation.
• We collaborate with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders to design scalable and performant solutions.
• We translate business and technical requirements into efficient, production-ready data engineering solutions.
• We support the integration of Quantexa into broader enterprise data architectures, working closely with cloud, security, and DevOps teams.

We are a leading consultancy investing heavily in our Quantexa practice and are hiring Data Engineers at mid-level through to lead level. These are full-time, permanent hybrid roles based anywhere in the UK, with our main tech hubs in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds. We require you to be willing to travel to your local office and to client sites as needed. We offer a salary of £55,000 to £85,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, car allowance, and benefits.
