Product Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, Digital Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• We need strong experience in user research, feedback analysis, and product prioritisation.
• We require experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and handling stakeholder expectations.
• We are looking for a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, or digital transformation programmes is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI and digital experience best practices is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead user research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• We will own and prioritise the product backlog, including writing user stories and defining requirements.
• We will triage issues and enhancement requests, balancing user needs, business priorities, and risk considerations.
• We will partner with Technology, UX, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• We will use data and analytics to measure product performance, adoption, and engagement.
• We will influence stakeholders and communicate product roadmaps and priorities.
