Product Evangelist

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years experience as a practising Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct experience running discovery, interviewing customers, synthesising insights, and prioritising opportunities.
• Deep familiarity with the PM tool stack, such as Jira, Productboard, Dovetail, Notion, Miro, Linear, or similar, and an understanding of what is missing when it comes to discovery.
• A credible, authentic presence in product communities through meetups, PM forums, newsletters, or similar peer-to-peer learning environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to run structured conversations with sceptical, senior PMs and distil research findings into actionable insights.
• A curiosity-driven, empathetic approach, with the ability to listen deeply, ask sharp follow-ups, and challenge current thinking when it helps people grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structured, peer-to-peer research interviews with product managers to surface workflow frustrations and help them reimagine discovery in practice.
• Deliver tailored platform demos grounded in real pain points, showing how our AI-powered discovery tools support modern product work.
• Run live onboarding sessions, co-creating opportunity trees and extracting insights from users actual data so they leave changed, not just trained.
• Seed, grow, and energise a community of PM practitioners by hosting roundtables, facilitating discussions, and connecting product leaders.
• Influence the future of our product by channelling community insights, surfacing feature requests, and feeding discovery learnings to our product and engineering teams.
• Own every stage of the customer journey with continuity and credibility, avoiding handoffs and silos.
