Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
  • Experience designing and implementing Dataverse data models and security.
  • Knowledge of AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation.
  • Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
  • Strong integration experience using standard, premium and custom connectors.
  • Experience extending solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions.
  • Ability to deliver solutions across the full development lifecycle from requirements through to support.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desirable: experience with Copilot Studio or a strong interest in developing skills in Microsofts latest AI technologies.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence frameworks.
  • Desirable: experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and enhance enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and AI Builder.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications and automations.
  • Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
  • Implement secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise governance and best practices.
  • Build integrations using standard, premium and custom connectors, along with API-based integration patterns.
  • Extend Power Platform capabilities using Azure services such as Azure Functions where required.
  • Support application lifecycle management, including solution packaging, deployments and release management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout design, build, testing and deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities, sharing knowledge across delivery teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities through technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts when required.
