Power BI Developer - London

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in data visualisation and reporting
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling within Power BI
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and HTML5, and knowledge of REST APIs desired
• Banking or regulated-industry background desired

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Optimise existing Power BI reports and improve data visualisation for clarity and effectiveness
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform strategic decisions
• Support and train users on Power BI tools and best practices
