Platform Support Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

- We act as the primary point of contact for platform-related support queries and incidents.
- We help support, maintain, and improve our core platform and associated products.
- We investigate, resolve, and proactively prevent platform issues, with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and operational processes.
- We provide day-to-day technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring services and deliverables are met effectively.
- We liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong working relationships and uphold quality standards.
- We regularly review, maintain, and improve operational documentation, processes, and procedures.
- We support the testing, reporting, and implementation of fixes, including running scripts and validating solutions.
- We develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative and support tasks, improving efficiency and reliability.
- We provide general operational and administrative support to the infrastructure and platform teams as required.
- We monitor system health, investigate issues, support deployments and integrations, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently with clear communication to stakeholders.
