Platform Engineer

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Azure cloud migrations
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform or PowerShell

Responsibilities:

• Support migration of datacentre-hosted workloads into Azure
• Assist with migration planning, build, testing, and production cutover activities
• Support landing zone, networking, and infrastructure configuration
• Review high-risk pen testing findings
• Define remediation plans and technical solutions
• Provide operational support across datacentre and cloud platforms

We are representing a well-renowned company in the midst of transformation and change, and we are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our collaborative team in Sunderland. This is a 3-month contract role, requiring 3 days per week onsite, offering up to £550 per day inside IR35. The role sits within our Data Centre Services team, where we are supporting critical infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives while maintaining operational resilience.
