Microsoft M365 Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Must be eligible for Security Clearance
• Full-time on-site presence in Reading
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, and all required tools and products

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Microsoft 365 L1/L2 support for our customers
• Take ownership of tickets and deliver support to SLAs
• Liaise closely with customers and keep them updated on progress
• Work closely with our team and other Delivery Centre staff
• Work at a great customer location
