Lead Deployment Engineer

Salary: £24,000 - 47,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience within desktop deployment, device installation, or field engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
• Experience working in customer-facing IT environments.
• The ability to manage technical escalations and support deployment activities.
• Full commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead technical escalation point for deployment activities.
• Support the build, imaging, and deployment of end-user devices.
• Deliver desktop and laptop installations across customer sites.
• Travel between customer locations to support deployment projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting where required.
• Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
