IT Support Technician

Requirements:

• Knowledge of clinical applications and technical digital solutions.
• Experience in application support.
• Experience supporting and configuring Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.
• Must live within 1–2 hours of Southampton, as travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 2nd line support for clinical and corporate information applications managed by Digital.
• Support and resolve incidents, requests, and problems relating to Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications, providing a high-quality, secure, and efficient application service.

This is a 37.5-hour-per-week NHS role in IT support and systems configuration for clinical systems and Electronic Patient Records. The expected duration is 10 months. We offer mostly remote working, with office attendance around one day per month; this may vary according to work or project needs. Support may include project floorwalking or remote assistance, and the role may require travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
