IT Support Technician

Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
• We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills.
• We need someone who can work quickly and efficiently, and recognise when escalation is required.
• We expect the ability to work maturely within the team.
• We require the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
• We need someone who can identify new errors and issues being reported.
• We require the ability to diagnose faults and identify solutions for internal users.
• We are looking for experience supporting a busy team.
• We need someone who is personable and articulate.
• We require the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• We are looking for experience administering Windows 10/11.
• We need basic knowledge of Windows Server technologies from 2012 to current.
• We require helpdesk experience in an office environment.
• We are looking for experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
• We need knowledge of PC hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• We require experience administering Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• We need basic networking knowledge.
• We require excellent time management skills to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you working alongside the IT Manager in our in-house IT team.
• You will provide first and second line helpdesk support for our 250+ users.
• You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure.
• You will liaise with suppliers and third-line support organisations.
• You will diagnose faults and help remedy issues for our internal users.
