IT Support Technician

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting SharePoint or Microsoft cloud technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Support Microsoft SharePoint and document management systems.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.
• Work closely with an external IT support partner to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Support IT improvement projects and system rollouts.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
