IT Site Lead

Salary: £42,000 - 48,500 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT professional gained in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, distribution, or engineering
• Experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to office and production staff
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
• Monitor backups, antivirus, and system performance to ensure business continuity
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support requests
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers when required
• Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies and best practices
