IT Project Manager

Salary: £46,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require hands-on project management experience within standard project frameworks.
• We require at least 2 years of project management experience within IT, delivering changes and improvements.
• We require experience with Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• We require a strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• We require PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• We prefer ITIL or ITSM experience, with ITIL Foundation desirable.
• We prefer Agile CSM certification.
• Experience with acquisition projects and office moves would be useful.

Responsibilities:

• We will act as the main point of contact for assigned deliverables, changes, and projects across the IT lifecycle.
• We will ensure key projects and changes are transitioned to global support teams.
• We will plan, organise, and direct tasks related to ongoing projects.
• We will record, own, and manage project risks and decisions.
• We will work with stakeholders, architects, and the project team to create accurate plans and timelines.
• We will act as an escalation point for project-related requests and technology solutions.
• We will provide regular status reports to the business.
• We will create and manage project documentation.
• We will communicate scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements to stakeholders.
• We will support the PMO team in improving processes and portfolio visibility.
• We will create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• We will align project objectives with company and departmental goals.
• We will help deliver and install technology solutions.
• We will support design and development tasks.
• We will lead issue identification, resolution, and risk tracking.
• We will monitor and manage project scope.
• We will work on multiple projects simultaneously.

We are a global FTSE 250 company with our London office as the base for this permanent IT Project Manager role. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The role may require occasional work outside standard office hours and travel within the UK and to our offices as needed.
