IT Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working within an IT department or a recognised IT/digital qualification
• A proven track record of successfully supporting staff and teams
• Experience delivering successful IT innovative solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• The ability to analyse statistical information and interpret technical data
• A keen interest in and desire to progress within IT

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective IT support services to users and systems
• Monitor and maintain network, infrastructure, and system performance
• Install, configure, and maintain software, servers, networks, and communications equipment
• Support IT equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain IT security compliance with legislation and standards
• Support cyber security activities, testing, and remediation
• Manage IT equipment, consumables, and stock levels
• Create and maintain IT documentation, reports, and user guides
• Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans
• Liaise with third-party IT suppliers and support providers
• Collaborate on IT projects to build knowledge and capability
