IP Partner

Salary: £24,500 - 52,500 per year

Requirements:

• We are seeking a Partner with 10+ PQE (guide only).
• We want someone with a proven record in robust IP work.
• We want experience advising significant clients on high-value matters.
• We are looking for someone with the passion and experience to help cultivate and advance a leading team.
• A following is not mandatory, but it is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We handle a comprehensive range of IP work across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• We manage IP rights disputes and negotiate agreements.
• We oversee assignments, licences, confidentiality agreements, research and development agreements, and related matters.
• We collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US.
• We mentor and supervise junior solicitors.
• We serve as a knowledgeable resource for IP expertise.
• We actively engage in business development and client interactions to enhance our team and personal reputation as IP specialists.
