IAM Technical Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
• We have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
• We have a strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, ABAC, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties.
• We have experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, and LDAP.
• We have experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid environments.
• We have experience supporting enterprise IAM migrations and transformation programmes.
• We have strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• We support the ongoing RFP, product selection, proof of concepts, solution implementation, and migration to the new IAM platform.
• We support technical evaluation of IAM vendors during the RFP and PoC phases.
• We design, configure, and support Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle, and Access Management capabilities.
• We deliver Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, Role-Based Access Control, Access Requests, Approval Workflows, Access Reviews, and Segregation of Duties.
• We implement and support Privileged Access Management, credential vaulting, privileged session management, and secrets management.
• We integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• We support migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to the selected IAM platform.
• We develop automation for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
• We produce technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational procedures.
• We provide 3rd line support and continual improvement of the IAM platform.
