GTM Systems Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are open to candidates from backgrounds including Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Data Analytics, CRM Administration, or Business Intelligence.
• We ideally want experience with Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.
• We want strong Excel skills, along with SQL and Power BI experience.
• We want experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• We want experience supporting sales, commercial, or customer-facing teams.
• We want experience building reports, dashboards, and insights from data.
• We want experience improving processes and driving efficiencies.
• We want the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We would like someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.

Responsibilities:

• We manage and improve data quality across our CRM and GTM platforms.
• We support data cleansing, enrichment, and ongoing database maintenance.
• We build reports and dashboards that help our commercial teams make informed decisions.
• We work closely with sales teams to understand challenges and improve processes.
• We support lead management, routing, and sales workflows.
• We collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve systems and efficiency.
• We identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and remove bottlenecks.
• We help ensure our commercial teams have access to accurate, reliable, and actionable data.

We are partnering with an exciting tech business in Manchester that is growing quickly and looking to add a GTM Systems Engineer to support our commercial teams. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and sales, helping us make sure we have the right information, processes, and tools in place for our teams to perform at their best. We offer a salary of up to £55,000, hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the office, flexible working, and a Manchester City Centre office location. You will join us at an exciting stage of growth with plenty of ownership and autonomy from day one, plus exposure to modern GTM tools, systems, and processes. We are operating a straightforward two-stage interview process. Sponsorship cannot be provided, and applicants outside the Northwest will not be considered if based in London.
