Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Experience developing responsive, accessible web applications.
• Understanding of modern front-end development best practices.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• BPSS clearance required.
• Based in or able to work in Telford/Hybrid, with 2 days per week on site.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into intuitive user interfaces.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are supporting a major UK public sector digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Front End Developer (React) to join our collaborative Agile team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Telford with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week on site. You will help deliver modern, user-centric applications that support critical public services, working alongside UI/UX specialists and back-end developers on high-profile digital services. The role is inside IR35, with a rate of up to £605 per day.
