  • Hands-on experience with Informatica, Collibra, SAP MDG or Microsoft Purview
  • Strong experience in ERP and data platform environments, with SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Deep understanding of data architecture across both IT and OT environments

  • Experience chairing or running senior governance forums with genuine decision rights is a plus
  • Change management and enablement experience at organisational scale is a plus
  • Commercial acumen, including building and defending the ROI case for governance investment, is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication across mixed technical and business audiences is a plus
Responsibilities:

  • Own enterprise MDM strategy across asset master data, customer and offtaker data, and supplier and vendor data
  • Establish the golden source across ERP, EAM and SCADA interfaces, starting with financial use cases
  • Run MDM platform selection and own implementation and adoption
  • Define and track KPIs across accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness
  • Put automated monitoring and remediation in place and lead root-cause analysis on systemic issues
  • Partner with Generation, O&M, Finance and Supply Chain to drive business accountability
  • Translate between technical teams and leadership so governance is adopted rather than just published
  • Lead the Master Data team, including internal staff and outsourced specialists
  • Manage external specialists and advisory partners, including scope, KPIs, deliverables and cost
  • Benchmark against leading energy and utility organisations and assess AI-enabled governance and metadata management platforms
