Cybersecurity Business Development Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven track record in new logo solution sales within Cybersecurity and/or QA Software Testing.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on identifying and closing new business.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new logo opportunities across Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing.
• Target key solution areas including Pen Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Test Management, and Consultancy.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and position our full service offering effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships up to C-Suite level with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, articulating how our solutions address client Cybersecurity and QA Testing requirements.
• Work closely with technical leaders to shape tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Ensure proposals and presentations clearly demonstrate value, differentiation, and ROI.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, interactions, and opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
• Provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
