CRM Transformation Lead (Salesforce)

Salary: £33,615 - 36,353 per year

Requirements:

• Salesforce specialist/generalist able to work across platform configuration, administration, user support, training and data integrity
• Resourceful, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS and Barred List check, along with other legally required checks

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the ongoing Salesforce CRM transformation, shaping and growing the platform
• Bridge the work of technical implementation partners and staff, and align senior leadership on roadmap goals
• Configure and administer Salesforce, including complex flows and validation rules
• Provide day-to-day user support and deliver training
• Maintain data integrity, including cleaning datasets
• Collaborate with the digital team and senior colleagues to deliver project value and improve the student and employer journey
