Client Implementation Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Ideally, a software engineering / delivery / integration background
• Strong systems engineering / support background will be considered
• Experience working with Linux-based systems and environments
• Understanding of networking technologies (network traffic, packet tracing, networking protocols)
• Understanding of APIs
• Solid understanding of database fundamentals and some experience of querying databases to identify issues

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare, configure and deploy systems
• Assist clients through onboarding
• Ensure solutions run reliably in production
• Investigate technical issues and refine integrations
• Work closely with engineers to improve tooling, deployment processes and platform capabilities
• Work hands-on with Linux environments, scripting, data exploration and operational metrics
• Contribute to enhancements that make the platform easier to deploy and maintain
• Design new solutions to meet emerging requirements
• Translate client needs and requirements
• Work with internal development teams during delivery and support cycles
