Business Intelligence Developer

Salary: £35,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced developer with a passion for delivering reporting solutions.
• We need someone who is self-motivated and able to work across a variety of reporting tasks.
• We are seeking someone with experience designing, building, maintaining, and deploying reports.
• We require experience with Power BI, tabular models, and report server management.
• We expect you to provide training and guidance and respond to data requests.
• We will assess suitability against the NFCC Leadership Framework, along with behavioural and role-specific interview questions.
• We will also ask about your understanding of and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver high-quality, reliable reports from requirements gathering through to deployment.
• We design, build, and maintain reports using Power BI.
• We manage the tabular model and report server.
• We handle reporting across frontline activity, including emergency incidents, educational visits, compliance visits, and back-office functions.
• We provide training and guidance to users and stakeholders.
• We fulfil data requests.
• We support the full end-to-end reporting process.
