Business Analyst

Salary: £26,000 - 33,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Analytical thinking and an interest in business process improvement.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, BPMN, wireframing or user stories is advantageous.
• Relevant training, project work, degree study or transferable experience in administration, operations, customer service or technology is welcome.

Responsibilities:

• We gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• We support workshops, meetings and requirements discussions.
• We assist with process mapping, including current-state and future-state processes.
• We create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• We help prepare business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• We support solution testing and user acceptance testing activities.
• We maintain project documentation, action logs and stakeholder feedback.
