Requirements:

• Experience in analysis and solution design activities
• Ability to research and analyse statistical data
• Experience with customer journey mapping
• Ability to design and document workstreams and process flows
• Experience compiling trends, performance reports, and analyses
• Ability to develop business-focused solutions and consolidate customer insight
• Ability to produce high-quality workshop outputs, including minutes, actions, ideas, and suggestions
• Ability to translate workshop notes, sketches, and process maps into user stories
• Experience recording business requirements, risks, issues, and actions

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of our Digital Transformation Programme through analysis and solution design activities
• Research and analyse statistical data
• Carry out customer journey mapping
• Design and document workstreams and process flows
• Compile trends, performance reports, and analyses
• Develop business-focused solutions and consolidate customer insight
• Support and help deliver an ambitious schedule of workshops
• Produce high-quality workshop outputs, including minutes, actions, ideas, and suggestions
• Analyse workshop information to produce business requirements
• Record risks, issues, and actions for use by the programme
• Work with our digital transformation team and services to convert workshop notes, sketches, and process maps into user stories
