AI Solutions Architect

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or AI Architecture.
• We have a strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agent frameworks.
• We have experience designing AI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, and knowledge-grounded architectures.
• We have expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and/or Power Platform.
• We have experience delivering solutions through formal architecture governance processes.
• We have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise integration, security, and identity management.
• We have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• We have experience in financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
• We have experience with Azure OpenAI and enterprise GenAI platforms.
• We have knowledge of semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge architecture.
• We have experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and collaboration platform integrations.
• We have knowledge of AI governance, GDPR, EU AI Act, and operational resilience frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• We lead end-to-end AI solution design from concept through to implementation.
• We design enterprise AI architectures aligned to business objectives and technology strategy.
• We develop solutions across Microsofts AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
• We drive architecture governance, risk assessments, and approval processes.
• We collaborate with stakeholders across technology, security, data, risk, and business functions.
• We ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• We support proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and early-stage delivery initiatives.
