AI-Native Software Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience using AI tools to build and deliver production software
• Ability to spot, troubleshoot, and fix issues generated by AI-assisted development
• Broad technical exposure across languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent academic background, ideally in a technical discipline
• A mindset that embraces innovation rather than resists it

Responsibilities:

• Build AI-native products and cloud-based applications
• Leverage agentic AI development tools to accelerate delivery
• Own projects from concept through to deployment
• Work across multiple technologies and platforms
• Collaborate with a highly technical team of engineers, researchers, and AI specialists
• Help shape engineering best practices in an AI-first environment
