AI Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in an analyst role within a technology, software or transformation environment
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, including user stories and process mapping
• Ability to translate business needs into AI or automation solutions
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar
• Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies
• Understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied within business systems
• Awareness of APIs, Azure, AWS or low-code platforms
• Understanding of data governance, GDPR and responsible AI principles

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of our AI roadmap by researching opportunities and analysing business needs
• Help build and implement AI and automation solutions, including Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Translate ideas into practical workflows, automations and AI-enabled tools
• Support backlog management, solution delivery, testing and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure solutions align with governance, data privacy and responsible AI principles
• Produce documentation, progress updates and insights to support delivery and decision-making
