Account Manager B2B Software

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of B2B software or SaaS account management or customer success experience.
• We require at least 2 years in a single role to demonstrate the ability to achieve year-on-year ARR targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers as their primary point of contact and trusted adviser.
• We will have you manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• We will have you conduct regular account reviews focused on usage, value and future opportunities.
• We will have you identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional services, functionality or platform enhancements.
• We will have you protect and grow recurring revenue through excellent customer engagement and retention activities.
• We will have you work collaboratively with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams so customer feedback influences future development.
• We will have you support renewals, business reviews and customer meetings both remotely and face to face.
• We will have you help customers maximise adoption of the platform and continue to see measurable value from their investment.
