System Administrator

Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, and technical operations roles.
• Mastery of endpoint management using Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions, and user access lifecycles in Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Documented experience supporting multi-site environments in retail, fashion, logistics or supply chain, or fast-paced hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT infrastructure across our EMEA offices and showrooms, including Windows and macOS hardware lifecycles, M365 systems, conferencing technology, and automated onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Enforce our corporate cybersecurity standards across endpoints using identity lifecycle mechanisms such as Entra ID (Azure AD) and device compliance tools such as Microsoft Intune or MDM.
• Monitor, identify, and remediate environment vulnerabilities; support penetration testing schedules; deploy MFA; and maintain device encryption policies.
• Ensure our localized retail systems and warehouse practices comply with GDPR, IT General Controls (ITGC), and corporate data breach prevention playbooks.
• Establish and maintain secure, high-availability VPN tunnels and SD-WAN routing paths between our core network and external 3PL environments.
• Configure and manage localized warehouse hardware, including RF guns, industrial handheld scanners, barcode label printers, and dedicated logistics VLANs.
