Manager, Solution Architect, Acceptance & Digital

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

• Collaborate effectively across Business Development, Account Management, product teams, and other Solutions Architect teams
• Build deep product expertise quickly across a broad and evolving portfolio
• Manage multiple products and initiatives in parallel using strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Follow our security policies and practices, protect the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed, report suspected security violations or breaches, and complete required security training

Responsibilities:

• Support our Market Development Europe Business Development and Account Management teams in building vertical plans and sales pipelines for digital and core acceptance solutions
• Help our Business Development and Account Management teams tailor value narratives for clients that demonstrate the benefits of our products
• Work with our product teams to address customer solutioning challenges and identify product adjustments or tailoring to meet customer and business needs
• Support customer-facing discussions by providing deeper insight into our products and solutions
• Help our Business Development teams bundle core acceptance and digital products to deliver value for customers
• Work with our CSC to create processes and templates that help Business Development teams operate efficiently and accelerate customer engagement
• Work with our CSC to establish channels for sharing product updates across the MDE team and relaying feedback to product teams
• Establish structures to track progress on digital and core priorities across MDE and support KPI reporting to executive leadership

This is a full-time Customer Success position.
