iOS Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and creativity
• Enjoys solving tough problems and working with innovative technologies
• Comfortable sharing ideas and focused on user experience and code quality
• Familiar with modern software development methodologies popular in iOS
• Able to dive deep and rapidly iterate on ideas with a team despite ambiguity
• Experience building iOS applications
• Experience writing and deleting code
• Familiarity with build tools such as Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI
• Understanding of continuous integration patterns
• Experience finding and fixing bugs
• Familiarity with functional coding patterns
• Experience with performance analysis and optimization
• Experience working with Objective-C legacy code
• Experience with unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with open source
• Experience working in a globally distributed team
• Self-starter with strong time management skills
• Experience integrating with bespoke backend services
• Experience designing solutions for open-ended problems
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, and Swift, along with a strong coding background

• Contribute ideas in a fast-paced small-team environment
