Salesforce Senior Consultant / Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant or Business Analyst
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
• A track record of running discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Experience owning and managing a backlog in an Agile delivery environment
• Confident, polished communication with senior client stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and objectives
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with the delivery team to keep it refined and ready
• Advise the client on Consumer Goods Cloud best practice, including retail execution, visit planning, and account and store management
• Act as a trusted, client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement

We are partnering with a client on a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / BA to shape requirements, lead discovery, and own the backlog through delivery. This is a client-facing role where you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, helping ensure the solution delivers real value for field sales and retail execution. The contract is for 6 months, with a rate of £500 per day outside IR35, based in London on a hybrid basis, with a start date in October 2026.
