Future Opportunity Solutions Architect - Senior Consultant

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require weekly on-site work and regular travel to client locations across the UK.
• We are looking for people who value in-person collaboration, build strong relationships, and are passionate about delivering solutions that make a real difference for our clients.
• Due to the nature of the role, you must either hold active Security Check (SC) clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.
• Typically, applicants must have UK citizenship and have lived continuously in the UK for at least the past five years, with no single absence exceeding 28 consecutive days.
• Nationality and immigration status may also be considered as part of the vetting process.
• We are looking to welcome new team members for multiple roles from autumn onward.
• You should have experience as a Solutions Architect and be able to demonstrate, with tangible examples, that you have built strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their views.
• You should have a strong foundation in software development, design, and delivery roles.
• You should have enabled and assured a delivery teams implementation of your solution architectures effectively.
• You should have worked with development life-cycle methodologies such as Agile software development, Scrum, and DevOps.
• You should have a good working knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling languages.
• You should be able to demonstrate the significant, tangible business benefits of the proposals you initiate for clients.
• You should take a methodical and considered approach to solving problems.
• You should take a collaborative and consultative approach to leading and guiding teams.
• You should keep up to date with new and emerging technology trends and their practical application.
• You should deliver business outcomes and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Open Agile Architecture is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions for our clients.
• Align solutions to business outcomes, technology strategy, commercial and financial constraints, and architecture governance.
• Create solution blueprints with views that express business, data, application, and technology to address stakeholder needs.
• Communicate the solution through governance boards, stakeholder groups, and delivery teams to bring the solution to life and assure effective delivery.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with our quality, environmental, and information security policies and procedures, as well as applicable customer policies, standards, and procedures while working on client engagements.
